Bill spent the first portion of his career in the defense industry and academia. He has them spent the last 24 years pursuing a rewarding career at Fidelity Investments. His roles at Fidelity have ranged from a quantitative analyst to portfolio manager, chief investment officer and now division head. All have provided wonderful opportunities to help clients achieve their financial and life goals while also fulfilling his passion for research, problem solving, and investing.
In his current role as head of Fidelity Asset Management Solutions, he oversees the Global Institutional Solutions (GIS) and Global Asset Allocation (GAA) investment divisions which are responsible for management of multi-asset class, active domestic and international equity, and quantitative investment solutions for institutional investors. GAA also manages core multi-asset class capabilities, which include target date, retail, and Canadian multi-asset solutions.
