Fidelity Investments® Unveils First-Ever Workplace Outlook Reports: New Solutions and Guidance to Help Decision Makers Navigate 2025

As part of its long-standing commitment to supporting employers across the country, Fidelity Investments® today released two 2025 Workplace Outlook reports designed to capture the most current information and trends driving the development and success of America’s workplace benefits programs. As one of the nation’s largest workplace benefit providers, the report insights will help leaders and decision makers in the workplace make more nimble and informed decisions when facing change, using the latest in Fidelity trends data. 

Perspectives for Investment Decision Makers: this report provides retirement plan investment decision-makers details about some considerations they may need to take into account to achieve and maintain balance in the face of changes taking place in the economic, geopolitical, and capital market environments, as well as the demographic composition of the workforce. The report is focused on five areas: 

  • Maintaining equilibrium amid capital market and workforce demographic shifts;

  • How defined benefit (DB) decision-makers can seize the opportunity to de-risk their plans;
